Marva Jo Spears-Williams, age 67, passed away October 17, 2025 at her home in Sikeston, MO.

She was born March 8, 1958 in Bloomfield, MO, daughter of the late Paul Dale Spears and Shelby Mann-Spears.

On August 9, 1974, she was married to Michael Lewis Williams who survives of the home.

Marva found happiness in fishing and in the thrill of showing horses. She loved animals and raising baby animals. She enjoyed her Saturday shopping trips with her daughter to TJ Maxx and getting her nails done. In partnership with her husband, Marva ran M&M Auction Services for over 50 years, where she cultivated lasting relationships with friends and customers alike. Her keen eye for treasures and her passion for the auction business allowed her to bring joy and excitement to countless lives. She was a loving wife and mother and is going to be greatly missed.

Including her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Ladonna Williams; one brother, Allan (Cheryl) Spears; one sister, Paula (Billy) Martin; one sister-in-law, Marilyn McConnell; a special farm daughter, Laura Towe; and a special cousin, Jane Fredrich.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three sisters-in-law, Reba Gardner, Bobbie Hampe, and Clara Vancil; and two brothers-in-law, Glen Williams and Glen Vancil.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 23, from 10:00 a.m. until time of funeral services at 12:00 noon at Ponder Funeral Home. Krag Runzi, Crown Hospice Chaplain, will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Scott Lambert, Cory Dean, Joe Myers, Scott Leslie, Marcus Flores, and Brock Powers.

Interment services will follow at the Williams Cemetery at Perkins, MO.

We would like to thank Crown Hospice for their wonderful care.
