Marvin Rexrode Obituary
Marvin Bruce Rexrode, Sr. 46, died Saturday, September 11, 1993 in an automobile crash on U.S. 220 in West Virginia
He was born August 16, 1947 at Moyers, WV, a son of Bruce Rexrode and Susie Waybright.
On April 27, 1979 he married Brenda Harper.
He was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Moyers, WV.
He was a timber operator for 30 year and was a member of the Alleghany Forestry Club.
In addition to his mother of Moyers, WV; and his wife, survivors include a daughter, Tanya Raquel Mae Rexrode of Monterey; a step-daughter, Gail Hammer Siron; two sons, Marvin Bruce Jr. of Monterey and Samian DeVon Rexrode of Monterey; two sisters, Rosealynn Tichenor and Donna Ruddle , both of Moyers, WV; two brothers, Glen A. of Monterey and Donald Rexrode of Moyers, WV.
A service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Obaugh Funeral Home by the Revs. Levin Coulbourn and Norman Nilsen.
Pallbearers will be Rick Barkley, Eric Wheeler, James Hinkle, Stelman Vandevander, Charles Hoover, Delmas Lowry, Roger Warner and William Cayton.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jamie Will, Allan Martin, Michael Wimer, Brian Landis, Dennis Jamison, John Long, Mickey Cayton, Sam Waggy, William Miller and Steve Pope
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 p.m. tonight at the funeral home.
