Marvin Leon Sperle, 83, of Cordell, Oklahoma, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, December 30th, 2024, at OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK, from injuries sustained on the farm while working cattle. He was born on September 6, 1941, to Otto and Lenora (Klein) Sperle, in Cordell, Oklahoma. Marvin grew up in Cordell, graduating from Cordell High School in 1959. He married Dorothy Wortham and to this union was born three children: Lori, Sherry, and Terry. Marvin married the love of his life, Carol Reimer on December 12, 1981, in Edmond, Oklahoma. They were happily married 43 years, before his passing. Marvin worked as a farmer for many years and also did brickwork for a time. He was a faithful member of the Peace Lutheran Church for all his life. Marvin will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
