Mary Louise Anderson

Mary Louise Anderson passed away peacefully on January 2, 2026, in Detroit, Michigan with her loved ones by her side. Born on March 23, 1962, in Houlton, Maine, Mary's life was a testament to her unwavering passion for her family and friends.
A devoted mother and grandmother, Mary's greatest pride was her family. She is survived by her loving daughter, Heather (Jacob Roderick) Anderson who brought her endless pride and joy. Mary's legacy continues through her cherished grandson, Jack Roderick, who was her beacon of hope. Though she was preceded in death by her beloved son, Brad Anderson, his memory remained a guiding light in her life.
Mary is remembered by her sisters, Teresa (Allan) Fernald and Linda Keenan, who shared in the sorrows and celebrations that life presented. Mary now joins her late sister, Gloria Acker, and brother, Chuck Keenan, leaving behind a family that will forever feel her absence yet strive to honor her memory every day.
Those who knew Mary would describe her as loving, selfless, and passionate. She approached every day with a heart full of love, ready to give of herself to ensure the happiness of others. Her selflessness was evident in the way she cared for her family and friends, always placing their needs above her own.
Family will be receiving guests on Sunday, January 11th, 2026 at Sawyer Fuller Funeral Home, from 10:30 am until time of the Memorial Service 2:30 p.m. officiated by Deacon Daniel Darga.
