Twin sister of George (Irene) Baggio and the late John and Thomas (Survived by his wife Gerri) Baggio. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her VIEWING FRIDAY MAY 24, 2024 at The Monti-Rago Funeral Home, Inc. 2531-35 S. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148 7:00 P.M.-9:00 P.M. and SATURDAY MAY 25, 2024 at St. Mary Magdalen di Pazzi Church, 712 Montrose Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147., 10:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M., Followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 A.M., Int. Private.

Mary Jo was one of the first neighbors in Bella Vista we came to know. We met through attendance at St. Paul's. Many Saturday evenings we would walk towards home together after mass. On one very rainy Saturday evening, Mary Jo was driving the short distance to mass and when she saw us headed out our door with umbrellas, stopped in the middle of 7th Street and commanded us to take a ride from her. We always had time for a chat when I would walk past her house and find her sitting on her stoop. Even though it has only been a few years, Mary Jo was like a long-time friend. I hope she is without pain and at peace. I will miss her.
