Mary T. Bossé
December 2, 1925 - April 2, 2025
Most beloved mother and grandmother, Mary T. Bossé passed peacefully on April 2, 2025 at age 99 in Mount Laurel, NJ.
Born as Mary Teresa Meaney in Whitestone, Queens, NY to Irish immigrants, John and Sarah Meaney, Mary's entire life was dedicated to family and her Catholic faith. She married the one and only love of her life, Frank Bossé in 1947 and together, they were the most extraordinary parents.
Mary was preceded in death by her adored husband Frank and daughters, Marianne (Neil) Goldfarb and Diane Bosse (Coleman) Volgenau. Mary is survived by her devoted children, Frank (Lisa) Bossé of Sarasota, Fl, Jeanne Bossé of New York, NY, Joseph (Michelle) Bossé of Mt. Laurel, NJ, Terese Bossé (Christopher Snyder) of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Robert (Suzanne) Bossé of Manhasset, NY. Diane's husband Coleman also survives. Mary delighted in her grandchildren; Samantha Bossé (Aaron) Albrecht, Sarah Bossé (Graham) Martin, Julianne Schaub (Matthew) Kastner, Ryan (Anna) Schaub, Brett Bossé, Brooke Bossé and Brady Bossé. She was also the great-grandmother to Olivia Martin, Luke Martin and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Mary was the matriarch, the last of her siblings and in-laws on both sides and leaves a legacy of love, faith and laughter for us all.
On Wednesday, April 9th, a viewing for family and friends will be held from 8:15 - 10:15 am at Mount Laurel (NJ) Home for Funerals and an 11 am Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Church of St. Joan of Arc in Marlton, NJ. The burial service will take place at 1:30pm at Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown, NJ. Those attending are welcome to join the family for a luncheon afterwards; details to follow.
The Bossé Family would like to give special thanks to the management and staff at Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel for their compassionate care of our mother and grandmother in her final months.
