Cremation Society of New Hampshire - ManchesterOur hearts are heavy as we share the passing of Mary Ellen Chinetti.
Mary Ellen (Daley) Chinetti was born on April 27, 1950, in Auburndale, MA, and passed away unexpectedly on October 6, 2025, at the age of 75. She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph D. Daley and Mary A. (Kelley) Daley, as well as her brothers Joseph and Gary.
She is survived by her loving life partner and best friend of 27 years, Beth Childs, along with her beloved sons Stephen and David Chinetti. She also leaves behind her brother Luke F. Daley, his wife Alice, and their two daughters.
Mary’s talents were limitless. She loved to dance, play piano, and sing, and she had an unforgettable sense of humor that could fill any room with laughter. Whether she was fishing, golfing, camping, target shooting, swimming, or sitting around a campfire, Mary brought energy and joy to everything she did.
Her true artistry, however, shone in the kitchen. Mary was an extraordinary cook who could turn even the simplest ingredients into a gourmet meal. Her famous mac and cheese became legendary among her family and friends, who often gathered around her kitchen to share food, laughter, and stories.
Mary’s humor was as boundless as her love. Her playful Irish brogue, her Maine accent stories, and her quick wit were unmatched. She cherished a home full of family, friends, and animals of every kind — each one knowing they were deeply loved.
Mary was loved by everyone who met her. We will miss her many adventures, her laughter, and the warmth she brought into every moment. To know Mary was to be welcomed, fed, and loved beyond words.
