Mary Cory Obituary

She was a graduate of Switz City High School. She worked in the general services department for Eastern Airlines for several years. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church in Linton. She enjoyed playing cards, board games as well as baking and cooking.
Mary Jane is survived by her sisters, Martha (Franklin) Roach of Linton and Dorothy Soliday of Worthington as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Tommy Cory and brother-in-law Richard Soliday.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Peter Catholic Church at 1:00 pm on Monday, March 7, 2022 with Father Simon Natha officiating. Burial will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Linton.
Visitation will be held at Welch & Cornett Funeral Home in Linton on Monday from 11:00 am – 12:00 Noon with the Rosary being recited at 12:00 Noon.
Memorial contributions may be made to Autumn Trace Assisted Living Facility through the funeral home.
