Mary E. Cullins, 77, of Zanesville, died at 3:21 A.M. on Monday, January 13, 2025, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was born June 28, 1947, a daughter of the late Venon and Hazel (Dusenberry) Starcher. Mary loved to travel especially to Florida with Paul.
She is survived by her son Christopher (Shelia) Cullins; a sister, Susie (Larry) Guest; a great niece, Ella Ayotte; and many loved nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul E. Cullins who died, on December 29, 2021; four brothers, Hurl Starcher, Miles Starcher, Marlin Southall, and David Southall; and her sisters, Kay Southall-Anderson; and Evelyn Southall-Davis.
Friends and family may call from 2:00 P.M. until time of service starting at 3:00 P.M on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband, Paul at Muskingum Church Cemetery, Nashport.
