Mary Jane Ditzler, 82, of Lancaster County, passed away Wednesday evening, October 1, 2025 at the Susquehanna Rehabilitation Center, Columbia.

Born in Lancaster on Monday, March 29, 1943, a daughter of the late William and Mary Evans Baker.

She was last employed at the deli with Weis Market.

Mary Jane will be remembered as a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family very much, and she missed her husband dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Gerald Ditzler, Sr, 1993; a brother, Thomas Baker.

Mary Jane is survived by her daughter, Donna Reese and her husband Ronald, Tower City; stepchildren, Gerald Ditzler, Jr., Florida, Harry Ditzler, Arizona, and Sandra Frey and her husband Paul, Lancaster; a sister, Dorothy Danner, Harrisburg; a brother, William Baker, Mount Joy; ten grandchildren; four great grandchildren.

Family and friends are invite to graveside services on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM from the Millersville Mennonite Cemetery.
