Mary Kay Dreyer (nee: Bradford) of Wixom, Michigan, daughter of Anna Lazoration (nee: Mahnick) and stepfather Frank Lazoration, was born June 26, 1939, in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. She passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 21, 2025, at the age of 85 after battling Progressive Supranuclear Palsy for several years.
Mary Kay is the beloved wife of 67 years to Charles R. "Deacon Bob" Dreyer and loving mother to Susan (Daryl) Beesley and Jeffrey (Jennifer) Dreyer.
She is survived by one brother William (Susan) Lazor; two granddaughters Erin Lintz and Alyssa (Bogdan) Yavorenko; two grandsons Jacob (Carly) Dreyer and Jason (Kaitlyn) Dreyer; one great- granddaughter Suzy (Hector) Lintz and three great-grandsons Dax, Decker and Duke Dreyer.
Mary Kay not only loved her family but also loved her church, belonging to the Choir and eventually becoming Music Director at St. William Catholic Church in Walled Lake, Michigan.
Mary Kay enjoyed her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, music, cooking, doing arts and crafts and an occasional trip to the casino.
Mary Kay also attended Sacred Heart Seminary and received two degrees in Pastoral Ministry and Music Ministry.
A funeral mass will be held at St. William Catholic Church, 531 Common Street, Walled Lake, Saturday at 10 AM. Friends may visit Lynch and Sons Funeral Home, 340 North Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake, Friday from 2 to 8 PM with scripture at 7 PM and visitation also at St. William Catholic Church on Saturday from 9 AM until time of mass.
Donations can be made to St. William Catholic Church and Saint Jude Foundation.
