Nov. 23, 1932 - Oct. 12, 2016 MIDWEST CITY Mary Frances Goliwas, 83-year-old resident of Midwest City, OK, passed away Oct. 12, 2016, at her home. Born Nov. 23, 1932, in Cushing, OK, she was the daughter of Patrick and Agnes Opal (Jerome) Donohue. Mary was a longtime resident of the Midwest City area and had been a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church for many years. She loved gardening and doing "yard work" as well as spending mornings on her covered patio watching the outdoors and the world going around her. Mary loved going on vacations with her family. She always had a smile on her face. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, James R. Goliwas; and one son, Michael Joseph Goliwas. Survivors include one son, James Goliwas, of Moore, OK; two grandchildren, Crystal Goliwas and Benjamin and his wife Courtney Goliwas; three great- grandchildren, Harley, Daxton, and Sophia; one brother, Hugh (Vera) Donohue, of Newalla, OK; and a number of nieces and nephews. A Rosary service will be held 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016, at St. Philip Neri Catholic Church in Midwest City, OK. A Funeral Mass will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2016, at St. Philp Neri Catholic Church with burial to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City, OK.
