Mary Gregory Obituary
Mary Reese Gregory (better known by her family as "Groovy Granny"), age 91, of Westmoreland, TN, passed away July 20, 2025. She was born October 14, 1933 to the late Enos and Louise Cannon Cliburn.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Berry Ray Gregory; her great-grandson, Brandon Eaton; her granddaughter, Mary Beth Lyles; and her brothers, Nickey F. Cliburn, Thomas Lee Cliburn, & Henry "Hank" Willard Cliburn.
She is survived by her three daughters, Barbara (Buster) Lyles, Pamela (Jackie) McCullough and Susie (Darrell) Reasonover; her grandchildren, Denise, Christy, Ashley, Jamie, Cody and Kerry; her brother, Buddy (Pam) Cliburn; her bonus son, Michael (Sherry) Cliburn; as well as 18 great-grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Gregory will be conducted on Friday, July 25th, 2025 at 11AM from the chapel of Woodard Funeral Home with Bro. Lionel Borders officiating. Interment will follow in the Sumner Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors on Thursday, July 24th from 5PM till 8PM and again on Friday, July 25th from 9AM till service time at 11AM at Woodard Funeral Home.
The family has entrusted Woodard Funeral Home with the care of their loved one. "Serving you as we would like to be served."
