She was born in Kentucky on February 14, 1954, the daughter of the late George & Bettie Parrish Griggs. A long-time Sales Representative for Avon, Mrs. Taylor enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include: her sons, Bryan Edwards (Madeline Keeling), and Brandon Edwards (Laura McNew); three grandchildren, Brandon Edwards Jr., Taylor Masters & Geordyn Edwards; and a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one infant son.
The family will receive friends and family for a time of visitation and reflection on Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 12:00 PM (Noon), until 1:00 PM, at the Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home, W. Main St., Richmond. Burial will follow in the Richmond Cemetery.
The Combs, Parsons & Collins Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
