Tacoma, Washington - Leading the way with love and laughter, Mary Susan Hofstedt "Susie", was an incredible daughter, sister, mother, wife, and friend. Susie was kind and generous, funny and outgoing, thoughtful and considerate. She was inclusive of all and spent her life in a role of service to others. Susie loved to be around family and friends and almost always was the life of any party. Susie leaves behind a large group of friends and family that will miss her terribly however she leaves them full of memories that will last a lifetime. Her legacy of compassion, loyalty, and friendship will continue for many generations. We all feel incredibly lucky to have been a part of her beautiful life. A celebration in honor of Susie will be held at St. Leo's Church on December 7, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

I was a freshman when Susie a junior at Aquinas!!! She was such a joy and inspiration (even though she was never aware of it)
As we would see each other over the years, a big smile and hug we would exchange!!
Angels brought her to heaven and into the arms of Jesus, I´m sure!!!!
