Mary-Jean Sperduto

Mary-Jean Sperduto, 72, of North Arlington passed away peacefully on Monday, December 8, 2025 at Complete Care at St. Vincent's in Cedar Grove. Born in Newark and raised in Bloomfield, Ms. Sperduto attended Sacred Heart School, East Orange Catholic High School and graduated Cum Laude from Kean University with a bachelor's degree in Management Science, while working in her spare time for Fidelity Union Bank. After graduating, Mary-Jean continued her career at Fidelity Union, attaining the level of Vice President, running the Bank's Whippany office. Mary-Jean is the beloved daughter of the late George D. Sperduto, Sr. and Antoinette Sperduto and sister to the late George D. Sperduto, Jr., as well as her beloved Chow-Chow Nikko. Ms. Sperduto is survived by brothers Michael W. Sperduto and wife Doretta of Plymouth, Massachusetts and Mark Sperduto and wife Tara of North Caldwell, New Jersey, as well as Aunt to her cherished Goddaughter Jenna Sperduto and fiancee Christopher Malone of West Caldwell, New Jersey. Ms. Sperduto is also survived by many cousins.
Family and friends are invited to visit at S.W. Brown & Son Funeral Home, 267 Centre Street, Nutley, New Jersey on Wednesday, December 10, from 4:00-7:00pm. Funeral service to be held at S.W. Brown & Son Thursday, December 11 at 10:30am, followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington.
