Henrietta, NY – On July 24, 2025, surrounded by her family at her daughter and son in law, Cassandra and Jeff's home, Mary Kruzinski, age 62, passed peacefully after a brave battle with cancer.

Born in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, Mary was one of six sisters. As a child, Mary adored her older sisters and was always close behind them. If she knew where they were going, she'd find a shortcut and beat them there, just so she wasn't left behind.

Mary started her own family in Wisconsin with daughter Melissa, then later moving to Florida, where she remarried and had her second daughter Cassandra. Eventually, she settled in Rochester, NY, her husband's hometown. There she continued to raise Melissa and Cassandra. Mary then had a son named John James, whom she is predeceased. Soon after she had her third daughter, Dannielle.

Mary committed her life to her children. Her selflessness and hard work allowed her to fill their childhoods with magical Disney adventures and cruises to the Bahamas. Every year she made sure her family's holidays were full of joy, love, and memories. Not to mention, the wonderful birthday parties she would plan and organize.

She loved talking makeup, going shopping, reality TV, and Bunco nights with her friends. Mary was also an incredibly generous person who was always donating her time and money. She constantly gave to friends in need.

Mary's greatest joy, was being "Nana" to granddaughters Mila and Olivia.

Mary is now reunited with her husband Mark Kruzinski; son John James Sobus III; mother Alma Mainwaring; stepfather Theodore Mainwaring; and sisters Beverly Lindauer and Connie Cloutier, all whom she called her angels and loved dearly.

She is survived by her daughters Melissa (Lawrence Lusiak) Eckles, Cassandra (Jeff) McGary, and Dannielle Sobus; her granddaughters Mila and Olivia McGary; sisters Christine (CJ) Ziegler, Barbara (Fred) Jones, Trudy (Alan) Fearday, and Elizabeth (Jarame) Wilkinson; brother-in-law Thomas Cloutier; many loving nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends whom adored her, and her beloved dog Angel.

Our hearts are shattered, but we are comforted in knowing she's finally at peace, and there is no more pain. We love you, Mary.
