Mary Landeck Obituary

MANSFIELD

Mary P. Landeck, 74, of Mansfield, passed away unexpectedly at home on the morning of July 2nd, with her loving husband of 54 years, Michael, by her side.

Mary was born on October 6, 1950, in Stafford Springs, CT, to the late James E. and Mabel W. Parker. A 1968 graduate of E.O. Smith High School, she continued her education with post-graduate courses in accounting and business management. Known for her strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail, Mary's most rewarding role was serving as the sexton for the Town of Mansfield for nearly 15 years, where she was known for her compassion and dedication to the people she served.

Mary is survived by her beloved husband, Michael; her son, Christopher (Kerri); her daughter, Jennifer (Steven); and her much-adored granddaughter, Julia. She is also survived by her sister, Janet, her nephew, David, and numerous cousins.
