Mary Maw Obituary
Mary Cain Patton Maw, age 102 of Gilmer, Texas passed away on May 15, 2023 in Gilmer, Texas.
Mary was born on July 21, 1920 to the late Bert and Genie Woods Cain. She attended Indian Rock High School and worked as a secretary for SKIL Power Tools. Mary attended the First Baptist Church of Gilmer and was a part of the Dorcas Sunday School Class.
Mary is survived by her son David Patton (Jackie); daughter Joyce Powell; grandchildren Teri Roberts (Beryl) and Shellie Alexander (Tommy); great grandchildren Kyle Roberts (Taylor) and Hannah Cook; as well as great great grandchild Gunner James Roberts.
She is preceded in death by her two brothers and great granddaughter Kayla Lee Roberts.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the chapel of Croley Funeral Home in Gilmer officiated by Bro. Mike Kessler, interment will be held at Restland Cemetery.
