Mary Mendiola Obituary
Mary accomplished what was unimaginable at the time, graduating from McAllen High School, and attended some college, paving her path for a career in accounts payable at Wieners and Marek. At work Mary was known for her leadership, reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
Mary's heart truly belonged to her family. She cooked with love, warmly hosting annual parties including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Dining out and shopping were her favorite activities with loved ones.
Mary was predeceased by her mother, Elvira P. Chavez. She leaves behind her husband Richard and step-children Richard Jr, Laura, Angela, Yvonne, and Josie. She is also survived by her siblings, Josie, Mary, Ralph, Connie, and Linda, along with numerous nieces and nephews who loved and cherished her dearly.
Mary's legacy of love, hard work, and integrity will live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She is deeply missed and forever remembered as a woman who valued honesty and lived her life with a generous spirit.
