Mary L. Nice (nee Sanpietro) 94 of Elyria, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. She was a resident of Wesleyan Village since 2016 and of Elyria since 1950.
Mary is survived by her loving daughter Deborah Bush (Sam Brooks) and son Mark Nice (Kathy); grandchildren, Christopher and Ryan Bush, and Sarah Harrington (Shawn); and her sister Genevieve Russell.
She was preceded in death by her beloved husband John; parents, Sam and Mary Sanpietro; and siblings, Frank Sanpietro, Leonard Sanpietro, Kathryn Rush, and Josephine Metz.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, June 18 at 10:30 am at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 708 Erie St., Grafton followed by the burial at St. Mary Cemetery, Elyria.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Beacon House Memory Care Unit at Wesleyan Village, 807 West Ave., Elyria, OH 44035.
