Mary Patricia O'Brien, 66, passed away peacefully on September 21, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on January 2, 1959, in Stephensville, Newfoundland, Mary was the beloved daughter Frank J. O'Brien and the late Marjorie E. (Riedel) O'Brien. Mary is survived by her cherished son Stephen Worstall and daughter-in-law Andrea Worstall, as well as her loving siblings: Frank O'Brien, Peggy Manser, Kate O'Brien, John O'Brien, Susan Crawford, and Mike O'Brien. She will be deeply missed by her family and many friends. Mary had a passion for decorating cakes and cookies, a talent she shared generously with those around her. She was well known for hosting warm and joyful Christmas dinners, creating memories that her family will treasure forever. Proud of her Irish heritage, Mary delighted in Ceili dancing as a young girl, carrying the spirit of her culture with her throughout her life. She will be remembered as a loving, caring, thoughtful, and loyal woman with an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel loved. Mary's legacy lives on in the kindness she shared, the traditions she upheld, and the hearts she touched. A viewing for Mary will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 9am-10:30am at Perinchief Chapels, 438 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. Mass of Christian burial will follow the viewing at 11am at Sacred Heart Church, 260 High Street, Mount Holly, NJ 08060. Interment and committal prayers will follow the Mass at Jesus, Bread of Life Cemetery, 3055 Fostertown Rd, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054. Following the committal prayers, the family will be gathering at O'Connor's American Bar & Grille, 1383 Monmmouth Road, Eastampton, N.J.
