Mary was born in Wilmington, DE on June 21, 1967, to Dorothy (Lewis) Cutting and Robert B. Lewis (Bonnie).
She began her long working career (accounting, human resources, financial management, data analysis) in Wilmington, DE and later relocated to Seymour, TN; she has served as Business Operations Manager at Catalyst Air Management, Inc., Knoxville, TN for the past 9 years. She also had a passion for helping others and volunteerism, was notary public for Knox County for several terms, and had previously been a member of Civil Air Patrol and had earned the grade of 2nd Lieutenant.
Mary is a graduate of Caravel Academy in Bear, DE and later earned her AS degree in Business Administration from Goldey Beacom College in Wilmington, DE and her BS in Organizational Management from Tusculum University in Greenville, TN.
Mary loved to travel, explore new places and camping. She took great joy in having family dinners and gatherings and watching her grandchildren play in the yard. She loved her fur babies (Mollie, Tier, and Hemi) and spoiled them rotten.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Lee, who was her "everything". She is also survived by her siblings: Robert B. Lewis, Jr. (Melanie), Sandy Dente (John), Laura Lewis, and Andrew Lewis (deceased) (Kelly); children: Stephen M. Lewis (Hailey), Calvin Lawson (Amanda), Matthew Rajkowski, Nicholas Rajkowski (Jamie); grandchildren: Autumn, Aurora, James, Ben, and Duncan; great-grandson, Owen; nieces: Rebecca Phillips (Zach), Murphy Lewis, and numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law and their families.
Mary was an animal lover, and the family asks that you consider making a donation in hér honor at your local No Kill shelter or animal rescue.
The family would like to thank everyone for their outpouring of support during this time.
The family will announce a Celebration of Life at a later date.
