The best day in this world was the day my dear friend Mary Rice was born! I will miss her everyday, her voice, her laugh, her many life stories, funny stories of COTL and her wisdom of life & a life well lived. It was not always easy for her but she was tough. Tough as they come. Never thought or wanted to think of a day that she would not be here anymore... I will continue to pray for her everyday & will look forward to seeing/hugging her again when my time comes. My deepest sympathy to her daughters, grandchildren, stepchildren, great-grandchildren...

I felt so humble that I had a chance to work for you, Mary, love your charming delightful personality, thanks for your guidance to help me thru the tough time, never forget the wonderful time watching the swans in the pond thru the window, thanks for giving me the opportunity to made the wonderful matzo ball soup with lots of carrots, missed you Mary, you will always stay in our heart as a champion, your gracefulness shine like a northern star
