Mary Louise Ringwald

Mary Louise Ringwald, of Norman, Oklahoma, passed on to her eternal life with Christ at the age of 82. She was born on June 26, 1942, in Stillwater, Oklahoma, to Clarence Obed & Anna Bell (Barton) Slavens.
Mary was very talented at making quilts, and she thoroughly enjoyed doing it. She was a "boy mom" having had 4 boys, who she loved dearly. Mary was good at making sure that if you got out of line that you got back in line. She was a very loving woman who loved her family dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. She also used her kind heart by being a home health aide. Mary was a wonderful Christian woman who loved the Lord and her family and friends dearly. She touched the lives of others and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mary leaves to cherish her memory, 3 sons, Brian Ringwald & wife, Janice, John Ringwald & wife, Lana, and Mike Ringwald; 8 grandchildren, Cynthia, Brandon, Roanna, Anna, Justin, Krista, Ashley, and Alex; and many great-grandchildren; and a host of other loving family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert Ringwald; and her son, Albert Ringwald II.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 23, 2025, from 1:30pm-8pm, at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, located at 120 South Broadway in Moore, Oklahoma. Services to celebrate her life will be held at 10:00am, Monday, March 24, 2025, at the Apostolic Worship Center, located at 3221 N. Porter Ave., in Norman, Oklahoma. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park, 2301 E. Indian Hills Rd., in Norman. Service are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home & Chapel.
