Mary Harte Robinson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend, entered into eternal rest on November 18, 2025-her 76th birthday-after a valiant eight-year battle with Frontotemporal Dementia.

Mary was born on November 18, 1949, in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx to Malachy and Mary "Maisie" Harte. She attended Visitation School and Our Lady of Victory Academy before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the State University of New York. After losing her father at the age of 13, Mary became a devoted caretaker to all, especially her mother, Maisie, whom she lovingly supported until her passing at age 90.

In November of 1972, Mary married Frank Robinson, at Visitation Church, where Msgr. James Nolan officiated. They settled in Yonkers where they raised their family.

Mary dedicated more than 40 years of her life to caring for others as a nurse at Union Hospital and the New York Eye Surgery Center. In 2014, she retired to care for her grandson, Nolan-a role she cherished deeply. She proudly passed on her Irish heritage, whether by bringing Nolan to the St. Patrick's Day Parade, exploring McLean Avenue, or spending time at the Aisling Irish Community Center.

Mary is survived by her husband of 53 years, Frank; her daughter Catherine and son-in-law Anthony; and her adored grandsons Nolan, Ryan, Joseph, and Sean. She will be deeply missed by her sister Catherine (John); her nieces and nephews John, Julie, Danny, and Livia; and by her many cousins, nieces, and nephews in Ireland, whom she visited often and held close to her heart.

Mary found great joy in her Jersey shopping trips with her partner-in-crime Eileen; attending Irish festivals with her childhood friend Kate, volunteering at the Aisling Irish Community Center, traveling to Ireland, and spending time at the Jersey Shore. Mary spent a lot of time with her "crew" of nurses- Eileen, Nancy, Susan, and Laura. Mary also could be found at every blood drive, donating what she could. After learning about her diagnosis of dementia, Mary chose to donate spinal fluid to benefit further research. Above all, she was a devout Catholic who found strength and comfort in attending Mass at St. Barnabas Church.

The Robinson/Marinello family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Briarcliff Manor Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing for their devoted care of Mary.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mary's charity of choice; Calvary Hospital in Mary Harte Robinson's memory.
