Mary Helen Rushing born May 15th 1931 in Bartlesville Oklahoma, entered into rest on September 17th 2025 at the age of 89 years.

She is survived by three children, Rita Freeman, Patricia (Trish) Stevenson, & William (Bill) Rushing Jr. and his wife Tonya. She was also blessed with, and proud of her five grandchildren, Johnny Medovich (Cathy), Sheila Medovich, Steven Rushing (Kayleigh), Mark Rushing (Amanda), Jared Rushing (Marissa) as well as twelve great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. She saw her legacy flourish through them. Her love and guidance will continue to live on through the extensive family she adored. She also has in laws in the North and South Carolinas that have loved her over the years.

She was extremely proud of her own strength and resilience over the years, and was tested on many occasions. She was preceded in death by her spouse William Rushing, her parents, sister, two grandchildren, one great grandchild and multiple in laws, nieces and nephews.

Though she bids farewell to this earthly realm, the warmth of her memory will live on with those left behind, in the shared moments, the wise words spoken, and the unconditional love given.

As per her request for simplicity, we will have family visitation 5:00-5:45 followed by an hour for the public 5:45-6:45 and a short prayer service 6:45-7:00 on Thursday September 25th.
