Mary L. Schultheis, 99, of Latrobe, passed away on July 24, 2025.

She was born May 31,1926, in Derry, PA, to the late Gennaro and Maria Rose (Valletta) Giannetti.

Mrs. Schultheis was a member of St. Vincent Basilica, Latrobe.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 65 years, Richard L. Schultheis in 2011; her beloved son, Michael Schultheis; three sisters, Madeline Dorazio, Lena Koski, and Angela Bozelli; infant brother, Joseph; infant sister, Maria; and two sons-in-law, Roger L. McMullen and Richard L. O'Donnell.

She is survived by three daughters, Carol Jean McMullen of Derry, PA, Susan O'Donnell of Latrobe, and Barbara Smith (Brian Kuhle) of North Tustin, CA; and two sons, Richard Schultheis (Carol) of Derry, PA and David Schultheis (Joanne) of Ashburn, VA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, Kimberly, Roger, Stacey, Amy, Kory, Kolby, Kasey, Brandon, Ryan, Alexandra, and Stephen, and sixteen great-grandchildren.

Services and interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Action for Animals Humane Society, P.O. Box 814, Latrobe, PA 15650. Arrangements are being handled by the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home, LLC, 601 Weldon Street, Latrobe.
