Obituary of Mary Ann Schultz
Mary Ann Owens Schultz, 90, widow of Charles Alvin "Tip" Schultz, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 3, 2025.
Mrs. Schultz was born in the Fairview Community of Greenville County, SC to the late George Abner Owens and Margie Missouri Adair Owens. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and the Wesleyan Circle. Mary Ann was a gentle spirit with a true lady. She and Tip shared many years of good times and memories throughout their marriage. She cherished being "Grandma" to her grandchildren.
Surviving are a son, Robbie Schultz; a daughter, Annette Brancati with husband Niles; two sisters, Georgia Smith and Jewel Freeman; five grandchildren, Zac Cariens, Darby Baum with husband Nathan, Jordi Mayes with husband Hal, Graci Schultz, and Michael Brancati; six great-grandchildren, Hartley, Boone, Wilder, Colter, Weston and Isaac; and her beloved Yorkie "Lucy". She was predeceased by a brother, Douglas Owens; and a sister, Shirley Williams.
A celebration of Mary Ann's life will begin at 1 o'clock Friday at Fletcher Funeral Service. Burial will be held at 1 o'clock Monday at Cannon Memorial Park.
Memorials in Mary Ann's honor may be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 403 S. Weston Street, Fountain Inn, SC 29644.
