Mary E. Slowick

MARY E. SLOWICK, age 100, passed away peacefully at her home on July 28, 2024. Devoted wife to the late John "Skeets" Slowick. Loving mother to Nancy Fitzgerald (Stephen). Beloved grandmother to Amelia Keller (Christopher). Cherished great grandmother to Sophie and Archer. Mary was predeceased by all her siblings and their spouses: Anastasia Nollenberger (Paul), Eva Downs (Paul), Michael Hallowich (Julie), George Hallowich, And Alexander Hallowich (Katherine).
Mary had an amazing sense of humor and loved to laugh with family and friends. Dancing was her passion and secret to living to 100 years old. She enjoyed line dancing with her girlfriends, and we are sure she is now dancing once again with her husband and other loved ones that have passed. She enjoyed the beach on LBI and forged lifelong friendships there for herself and her generations to follow. She touched so many lives and was a beautiful, sweet soul that will be forever missed and in all of our hearts.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Friday, August 2, 2024, from 9:30AM until 10:45AM at St. Christopher Church, 13301 Proctor Road, Philadelphia, PA 19116, followed by her funeral mass 11:00AM. Interment Forest Hills Cemetery, Huntingdon Valley, PA.
