Her journey in life took a joyous turn when she met and married Elmer Taylor, her beloved husband, whose memory preceded her in passing. Together, they shared a life of mutual support and affection.
Professionally, Mary dedicated herself to the field of healthcare, serving as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her gentle touch and reassuring presence were a comfort to countless individuals in their times of need. Her colleagues remember her as a pillar of strength and compassion, always willing to go the extra mile for her patients and peers.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Mary found solace and joy in the intricate art of knitting and canvas crafts. Her hands, ever skilled and patient, created countless stuffed animals and beautiful pieces that brought smiles to the faces of both young and old. Mary's circle of family extended to her sister-in-law, Jean Miller, and her nephew, Ivan Smith and other numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
