Marie was beloved by many, and had a deep faith. She will be remembered most for her generosity and kind spirit. Her beautifully handwritten cards and letters were received by many, and continued over decades, creating beautiful lifelong connections. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, games, singing, and keeping up with the lives of her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Clair; her parents; her sister, Carol; stepson, Kevin Tormey; and son-in-law, Brian Wolf.
She is survived by her brother Joseph Kasenchak, NYC; stepdaughter Kathleen Wolf, St. Louis, Missouri; stepson, Patrick Tormey (Jolene), San Tan Valley, Arizona; stepdaughter, Shawn Doerr (Greg), Queen Creek, Arizona. She had five grandchildren: Jenna Wolf (Brian Jagde), Italy; Dane Wolf, Missoula, Montana; Elizabeth Wolf (Dustin Mordica), St. Louis, Missouri; Anthony Doerr (Tara), Mound, Minnesota; and Kali Drexler (Joe), Italy. She had seven great-grandchildren: Margot and Pius, Missoula, Montana; Joe, Charlie and Lincoln, Italy; Waverly, Mound, Minnesota; and Kyllion, Italy. She adored her grands and great-grands. She also is survived by many dear and close cousins.
