On January 16th, 2024 Mary E. Tripp passed away. Born on January 31st, 1937 to the late Mary and late William Martin, she was the loving wife of the late Charles Tripp, II; devoted mother of Terry MacNeil and husband Michael, Robert Tripp and partner Charlene Barrett, Charles Tripp, III and partner Holly Pahamash; cherished grandmother of John Evans, Tiffany Hinton and her husband Brandon, Candace Jacobs, Tyler Jacobs and his wife PerResha; caring great-grandmother of Elijah Hinton, Jayden Hinton, Aubrey Evans, Codty Jacobs, Gary Snyder, Latrell Gaither, Ayanna Hinton ; dear great-great-grandmother of Lyric Hinton; loving sister of Irene Fuller, Evelyn Smith, and Bertha Smith. Also beloved by many nieces and nephews.
A public visitation will be held at the family-owned Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Sunday, January 21st from 3 PM to 5 PM and from 7 PM to 9 PM, where a funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, January 22nd. Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
