Mary Tucker Obituary
Mary Rushing Tucker, 85, of Monroe, NC passed away on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. She was born in Union County, NC on July 19, 1940, daughter of the late James Vernon Rushing and Mattie Trull Rushing. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband Cully Tucker.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, November 24, 2025, at Lakeland Memorial Park, 1901 Lancaster Ave., Monroe, NC 28112. The family will receive friends and family prior to the service from 10:30AM-11:45AM at Gordon Funeral Service, 1904 Lancaster Ave, Monroe, NC 28112.
Mary is survived by her two sons, Randy Tucker (Carolyn), Roger Tucker (Sandra), daughter, Gail Martin (Joe), sister, Wilma Price, and seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to Hospice of Union County, 700 West Roosevelt Blvd, Monroe, NC 28110.
