Mary K. Watson

Mary Watson, a woman of love, generosity, and kindness, was called home to the lord December 12, 2024, at the age of 75, in Slinger, WI. Born August 16, 1949, in Milwaukee, WI.
Mary was the beloved daughter of the late William and Jeanette Watson. Sister to Charlene George and late John Watson (Barb). Leaving behind many nieces and nephews.
Mary was a child of God. Devoted Catholic and took pride in her beliefs to the Lord.
Mary spent the last 15 years of her life residing at Autumn Oaks in Slinger, WI. Through the years, Mary gained many lifelong friends, and gained many new people, who consider her to be family. Mary Watson was the staple of Autumn Oaks and will be truly missed by many.
Mary was a woman of love, compassion, humor, and kindness. If anyone was upset, Mary would turn that around. She loved to laugh, sing, and dance to all kinds of music. Her smile would always light up any room.
Mary's love for Elvis Presley was out of this world. Between clothing, accessories, and memorabilia, Mary had to have it and display it proudly. As Mary would say, "that's my man"!
Mary had a passion for Jewelry. She loved to shop at St. Vincent de Paul for new "Bling Bling" and scroll on Amazon for all the new trendy accessories.
Mary was a woman of great class and took pride in her clothing and accessories. If it broke, Mary was determined to fix it and make it new again.
Every birthday, holiday, or anniversary, Mary showed her endless love by giving a card, letter, or gift.
Mary's memory will live on through music, laughter, stories, and love. Thank you to all the staff that have cared for Mary at Autumn Oaks over the years, and Generations Hospice for giving her the final care of her life at the facility.
A memorial service will be held December 30, 2024, at Autumn Oaks. 227 E. Washington St. Slinger, WI 53086.
Visitation will be held from 1pm-2pm, ending with a memorial service at 2pm.
Mary will be laid to rest with her mother at Holy Cross Cemetery in Milwaukee, WI
