Obituary For Mary Little Williams
The lovely Mrs. Mary Little Williams was born on September 12, 1943, to Mr. Willie M. Little and Mrs. Elizabeth Howard Little. She would go on to be married to the late Moses Williams for 61 beautiful years filled with joy, patience and love. Mrs. Williams was a faithful member of Union Baptist Church, glorifying God and worshiping with her fellow saints until her health began to decline. Even then, she continued to honor the Lord as best she could. Mrs. Williams also visited Jones Grove Baptist Church whenever possible, serving and loving those around her. She also had great taste. Her favorite singers were Debra Snipes and Rev. Timothy Fleming, and she enjoyed lending her voice to their hymns of praise.
Mrs. Williams worked at General Putnam Restaurant for many years, blessing many people with good food to eat, made with loving hands. Later in life, she served at Eatonton Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she worked hard caring for others until her retirement. Mrs. Williams was truly a wonder; always tender, always sacrificing, and always devoted. Mary Williams answered the angel's call as she transitioned to eternal rest on Friday, June 30, 2023 at Eatonton Health and Rehabilitation Center.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Brenda Williams; brother Willie Lee Little; sister, Rosie Mae Andrews; brothers-in-law, Ezekiel Williams, Robert Hargrove, and David Humphries; sisters-in-law Annie Monday Little, Mary Goolsby Little.
