Mary Frances Wilson, 84, of Lexington, SC passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2025. She was born in Tyrone, PA on June 10, 1941 and was the daughter of the late Peter J. Iavasile and Yolanda Ester Giuliani.

Mary attended St. Matthews Elementary in Tyrone, Tyrone High School and graduated from Peru High School, Peru, IN in 1959. She attended Holy Cross Central Nursing School in South Bend, IN and graduated as a registered nurse. She was employed at Our Lady of Peace in Louisville, Kentucky until 1965 and was a member of Tri Kappa Sorority.

Mary and James moved to Lexington, SC in 2008 and she became a volunteer at Lexington Medical Center. She was also a volunteer for the American Red Cross for 25 years and owned and operated Robert's Package Store in Peru for 35 years.

Mary enjoyed cooking, sewing, gardening, crafts and painting and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Mary was married to Patrick J. Roberts from 1965-1987 and married to James L. Wilson (deceased) from 1991-2011. Mary is survived by children, Andrea Marie Roberts, Lexington, SC and Peter Edmund Roberts, Rochester, IN; grandchildren, Noah Patrick Roberts, Wabash, IN and Alexandra Claire Masten, Lexington, SC; great grandchildren, Estelle Roberts and Giulia Armstrong. She was preceded in death by her sister, Theresa Abrams.

A visitation will be held 4:00pm - 7:00pm, Friday, September 12, 2025 at Ratterman Brothers, East Louisville (12900 Shelbyville Road, Louisville, KY 40243). A graveside service will take place at 9:00am, Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Resthaven Memorial Park.
