COHOES - Mary Jane Arneault Witowski, 83, of Cohoes, passed away suddenly at her home on Monday, April 14, 2025. She was born in Cohoes and was a lifelong resident and was the daughter of the late Albert and Mildred Brewer Arneault. She was educated in St. Marie's School, Cohoes, and graduated from Catholic Central High School. Mary worked as an Office Administrator and transcriber for many years. A lifelong parishioner of St. Marie's Church now Holy Trinity Parish and a member of the Ladies of St. Anne. Her greatest passion was spending time with her family, from all generations. Wife of the late Robert S. Witowski. Mother of Stephen (Eileen) Witowski of Pa.; and grandmother of Erin (Mark) Lock, Michael, and Alanna. Sister of the Late William Arneault and Dorothy Herbert. Survived by her inseparable lifelong best friend and cousin, Judy Heins. Also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Parish, Cohoes, on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Waterford.
