Maryann "Molly" Dotts passed away peacefully on June 12, 2025, at the age of 76. Maryann was born on July 29, 1948 in Media, PA to the late Milton and Mary Dotts (Davis). She is preceded in death by her sister Catherine (Edward O'Neill). She is survived by her sister Eillen Mooney (Jim) as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
Maryann was a member of the Media Fawns all girl drum and bugle corps for many years. She graduated from Notre Dame High School in 1966 and then attended beauty school at Martin Anthony's. She later retired as a Commission Analyst from Emerson Reid in 2017.
Maryann was steadfast in her faith and was a devoted parishioner at Nativity BVM in Media, PA. She held many volunteer positions including rosary making, Legion of Mary, book club, stitcher club, and theology on tap.
Maryann was a member of the VFW Post 3460 Ladies Auxiliary. She also volunteered for the Cancer Society in fundraising efforts and support of fellow cancer survivors.
Over the years, she enjoyed watching golf, volunteering at the LPGA, reading, crocheting, watching the Eagles and Phillies, and socializing with friends and family.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 21 from 9:15-10:15 AM at Nativity BVM, 30 E. Franklin Street, Media PA. A catholic mass will be held at 10:30 AM.
Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery on Orange & Highland Streets.
