In Loving Memory of Maryann Dorothy McCracken
June 11, 1955 – October 23, 2025
Maryann Dorothy McCracken, 70, of Gordon, Wisconsin, passed away on October 23, 2025, in Hayward, surrounded by the love of her family. She was born on June 11, 1955, in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Maryann spent more than (25) years working at Jack Link's and also bartended throughout the years, making countless friends along the way. Whether she was behind the bar or at the card table she always had a smile, a joke, and a sparkle in her eye.
She loved playing cards and dice games, golfing, shooting pool, playing corn hole, attending themed parties with friends, and shopping for treasures big and small. But more than anything, Maryann loved being surrounded by her big, loud family - her greatest joy in life.
Maryann is survived by her husband, Doug McCracken; her children, Tammy Imme, Lawrance Hess, and Corena (Neil) Blegen; nine grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings Sue (Ken) Erickson, John (Dena) Bruzek Jr., Arnold Bruzek, Joanne McAnn, Gloria (Terry Sr.) Neuman, Barbara Wilson, Christine Schielfelbein (Don Knopke), and Dawn (David) Johnson. Maryann is preceded in death by her parents, John and Betty Bruzek.
Maryann had a big heart and an even bigger personality. She loved to laugh, loved to love, and never hesitated to lend a helping hand. She was strong, spirited, and endlessly caring - a true inspiration to her family every single day.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Maryann's incredible life on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Gordon Town Hall, 9709 Co Rd Y, Gordon, WI 54838. Please join us to share memories, laughter, and love in honor of a woman who gave all of that and more to everyone she knew.
Maryann will be deeply missed, but her strength and laughter will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved her.
