Mason Jay Don Davis passed away September 5, 2025. He was born April 29, 1996. He was the youngest (and spoiled by) his parents, Jay and Valorie Davis.

After graduating from Cedar City High School, and following in his father's footsteps, Mason enlisted in the US Army National Guard in June of 2013 as a Fire Support Specialist with then Triple Deuce. He was honorably discharged in June 2025 as Staff Sergeant of the 65th Field Artillery Brigade in Camp Willims, Utah.

Mason enjoyed video games and electronic music (EDM), snowboarding, wakeboarding, camping, being outdoors, and the mountains, and most of all his trucks. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Mason married Jessica Hope Torok on September 20, 2024, and they were blessed with a daughter, Lilly Ann. He was so proud to be a husband and father.

Mason lived in Cedar City, Utah until 2024 when he and Hope moved to North Dakota.

Mason is survived by his wife, Hope Torok; daughter, Lilly Ann Davis; mother, Valorie Davis of Cedar City; and siblings: Nick (Amy) Davis of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jodi (Matt) Eggleston of Spokane, Washington, Rachel (Jerad) Ciarus 0f Cedar City, Utah, Heidi (JD) Harkins of Cedar City, Utah and Tiffani Davis of Ceda City, Utah. He is preceded in death by his father Jay Davis; grandparents: John & Louise Leavitt; great-grandmother, Margaret Hardy; uncles, Gary Davis and Johnny Leavitt; and aunt, Diane Davis.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 12:00 p.m., with a viewing prior from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., at the South Mountain Ward Chapel, 800 South Laurie Lane, Cedar City, Utah. Interment will be held in the Cedar City Cemetery located at 685 North Main Street.
