Matilda Leah Langston

Matilda Leah "Lea" Langston, daughter of John Edmon "Edd" Callahan and Alpha Easley Callahan, was born February 25, 1944, in South Fork, Missouri. She entered into eternal rest on June 13, 2025, at the age of 81 years. Lea was a Christian and attended the College and North Church of Christ in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Omer Callahan, Agnes Hunt, Ella Drumright, Earl Callahan, Genieve Gentry, Jack Callahan, Hayden Callahan, Winfred Callahan, Donnie Callahan and Dona Hall.
Lea is survived by her husband of 62 years, Jim Langston; two daughters, Sherri Flecther and husband, Wayne, Tonya Toner and husband, John; special family, Kathy Keith and wife Rennee; grandchildren, Chad Fletcher, Chris Fletcher, Shayna Fletcher, Aerin Valentine, Ben Orlowski and an abundance of nieces, nephews and close friends.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Baptist Hill Cemetery, County Road 595 in Caulfield, Missouri.
Arrangements are under the direction of Conner Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
