Obituary of Matt Bradburn
Beloved father, husband, son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend passed away suddenly on Friday, August 4, 2023, at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Ajax. Matt is survived by his loving partner Stephanie and his children Kolton and Kaiden. He was the cherished son of Roy and Linda Bradburn. He will be missed by his sister Amanda (Mike), his nieces Ava, and Amelia, his brother-in-law Ryan (Mandy), his nieces Shyanne and Kendall and his father and mother-in-law Brian and Judy Jensen.
Matt adored his boys above all other things in life. He loved spending time with them four-wheeling, snowmobiling, making model farms, driving farm equipment, and sharing his love of machinery, but most of all teaching them to be future farmers. Matt was known to be handy around the property and would help anyone who needed it. Matt was also an exceptional mechanical engineer in the Nuclear Division at Framatome. More recently Matt was excited about moving into his new home and farm across the road from his parents.
A private family Service was held on Wednesday, August 9 at 11 a.m. at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171). A celebration of Matt's life will be announced at a later date. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses in the ICU at the Ajax Hospital. In lieu of flowers, please direct memorial donations to the Ajax Pickering Hospital Foundation or the Port Perry Hospital Foundation. Memories, photos and condolences may be left at www.waggfuneralhome.com.
