Per Matthew's request, cremation was entrusted to Samaritan Funeral Home.

On behalf of all of us at Sav-Rx, I would like to express our heartfelt condolences on the passing of Matt. We were deeply saddened to hear the news.

It was truly a privilege to have known Matt. I will miss his random check in's and his fiery spirit. He always shared with me how amazing his family is and how much he enjoyed spending time with all of you. I was so shocked to hear the news when I just spoke with him a day before he passed and he was so excited to travel the Midwest and hopefully get to visit Nebraska and play golf here.

William, please let me know if you need anything as you navigate this new territory.
