Matthew Lloyd Call

Matthew Lloyd Call, age 48, of Roosevelt, passed away on April 3, 2024 at his home with his daughter and the love of his life Heather, by his side.
    He was born July 8, 1975 in Orlando, Florida to Jay D and Teri Lynne Jones Call.  
    Let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works, and glorify your father which is in heaven.  Kind of a strange thing to start Matts obituary with he loved this bible verse, it was on a necklace he wore often.
    Matt and his partner in crime Heather were a matched set. They had many adventures together nearly always with the kiddos involved. Matthew loved his time with the kids and the grandkids telling stories and giving life advice. Matthew was a kind man with a Big Heart he was the love of Heathers life and it all started with a phone call and 2 lil red heads.
    Camping trips to Whiterocks canyon, fishing trips, and fight nights at Drew and Elyce's. Were some of his favorite memories.  He loved the time spent on the Rigs and the friendships that came with it.  He was know to say, “I might be a driller but I can’t fix stupid”.  Matt was a true jack of all trades but master of none, just say the word tool and he was on it!! The stories of Matthew will be shared for generations to come.
    Matthew is survived by his Love, Heather Zurcher of Roosevelt, children, Gage and Tylynn Tridell; Peyton Call, Forrest (Miranda) Zurcher, Chandler Zurcher, Aja Jaeger, bonus children, Brooklynn McClure Jerysa and Dasha all of Roosevelt UT; sister, Jennifer Dennison Roosevelt; step-dad Vince Duncan, Murray; bonus mom, Maria Wilhelm-Pearson, Idaho; brothers, Rod and Daniel Beierle, Idaho, bonus brothers, Jeff and Jason Zurcher and Drew Thornton, all of Roosevelt, his-in-laws, Joe and Ellen Zurcher, Roosevelt.  His 9 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
    Matthew is preceded in death by mother, Teri Lynne Dennison, father, Jay D Call, bonus dad, Bob the Builder Dennison, brother, Michael Call, and nephew Liam Zurcher.
    Per his wishes he was cremated.
    A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 22, 2024 at the Ballard City Park at 1:00 p.m.
