Age 40 of Monticello
Passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Beatrice and Sheldon Opat, Helen Marguerite Wilson, and Daniel Leonard Eull; and brother Jonathan. Matt is survived by his mother Charlotte Gaslin, father Mike Eull; half-sister Katie Marie Williams; and aunts, uncles, other relatives, and many friends. Matt was a passionate Minnesota Vikings fan, enjoyed his music, dogs, fishing, being a jokester, and making others laugh. He was a clean freak, and was always wearing his cross necklace, or any other of his many pieces of jewelry, or matching hats, always wanting to look his nicest. Not only was a good, clean appearance important to Matt, but his manners and politeness were equally as impressive. While Matt wasn't exactly known for his mechanical skills, he more than made up for it with his woodworking talents. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 5, 2022 from 5-6PM with memorial service at 6PM at the Peterson-Grimsmo Funeral Home, 250 E. Broadway Street, Monticello, MN. 763-295-2918.
