Matthew "Matt" Pamer was born on September 27, 1933, in Gyorkong, Hungary, and passed away peacefully on October 28, 2024, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was a beloved figure whose life was marked by compassion, resilience, and deep affection for his family and friends.

Matt's life journey took him from Hungary to the United States, where he embraced new opportunities and created a life filled with love and memories. He was the cherished husband of Margarete Pamer (nee Lupp), who predeceased him, as well as a devoted brother to his sister, Marie Pamer.

Matt's legacy lives on through his loving family. He is survived by his daughter, Karen Jones (Jeff), and his son, Matthew Pamer, who shares his life with significant other Frances Schulten. He was a proud grandfather to Christopher Jones (Jan) and Curtis Jones (Jennie), and he found immense joy in the light of his great-grandchildren: Graham, Gus, Sarah, Melissa, and David.

Matt's imprint on the world will be remembered by all who were fortunate to know him. Friends and family are invited to celebrate his life during the visitation scheduled for November 4, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 12:30 PM at the Dalbert, Woodruff & Isenogle Funeral Home, located at 2880 Boudinot Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45238.
