MATTHEW F. "Matty", age 78, September 4, 2023. Beloved husband of Kathy Raimo (nee Procopio); devoted father of Michele Raimo. Dear brother of Laura (Walt) Peruso, also survived by brothers-in-law, Sisters-in law, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing Monday Eve., September 11th, 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. and Funeral Tuesday morning, 8:30 to 9:30 A.M., at Vincent Gangemi Funeral Home, Inc. 2232-2240 S. Broad St. (at Wolf St.). Funeral Mass 10:00 A.M. at St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 9th and Watkins Streets.
Interment will be private.

Matty was one of the nicest guy from around the old neighborhood. Always quick with a joke if you were in his presence you did nothing laugh . Have so many great memories when we all marched in the mummers parade . My sincere condolences to the family.

How I remember Matty he always had a smile and was a performer singing with Frankie and the fashions group at Antony and cleopatra caterers on Nye

So so sorry for your loss, Michele and Mrs. Raimo...first time meeting him was at Vera with him singing with Frankie and the Fashions! Such a great time, such a great man! This was at Caroline´s in somers point! He loved music!
