My favorite memory of Matt was when he was my manager at walgreens and doing my internal interview to promote me and he told me that he didn´t even need to interview me because he knew that I was going to be great and to just keep doing what I was doing and I would succeed. He was the only one who believed in me at the time and he will be greatly missed.

Matt. I'm going to miss you. Working together at Tops and enjoying breakfast, and visits by the river. RIP

What little I knew about Matt came about through our brief interactions at work. Matt and I both worked at the Hertz Corporation, and we shared a love for classic rock. Each morning when he would come in he would share with me some of the classics from the Grateful Dead, The Who and many others. Now he's enjoying a front row seat to Bob Weir and Jerry Garcia. Rest in peace my friend, "Keep on Truckin"

My favorite memory of Matt was his love of music. Our hearts go out to Patti and the entire family. Such a tragic loss of life. God bless you all
