Matthew Randall Speer

Matthew Randall Spper, 37-year-old Nowata resident, passed away Friday, November 14, 2025, in Tulsa. He was born on May 10, 1988, to Danny Joe and Cheryl (Koscelny) Speer in Bartlesville.

Matt attended Nowata schools and Tulsa Welding School. He worked at ACME Brick Company as a maintenance technician.

Matt is survived by his parents, Cheryl, and Cary Bunker; sister, Toni Speer; brothers, Adam, and Charles Bunker; along with numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Danny Speer and grandfather, John Koscelny.

A Rosary Prayer Service will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 5:00-5:30 P.M. in the chapel of Benjamin Funeral Service. Visitation will follow until 7:00 P.M. A Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church with Father Leonard Higgins officiating. Interment will follow in the Nowata Memorial Park Cemetery. Adam Bunker, Charles Bunker, Garrett Bell, Ty Bell, Luke Bunker, and Josh Bunker will serve as pallbearers.
